Late 18th Century Longcase Clock

A late 18th Century Mahogany Longcase Clock by William Davies of Chester. The Hood with Swan Neck Pediment above a glazed door. Flanked by Brass capped reeded columns on a matching trunk with a shaped door and reeded quart columns raised on a canted base. The arch with rolling moon phase fronting an 8 day weight driven movement. Striking the hour on a bell. 230cm High.
