An Elegant Oak & Mahogany North Country Granfather Clock

We are delighted and pleased to have bought this really elegant and pleasing looking North England Country Clock from a very careful clock collector. Due to travel restrictions we have not got this item yet in our Warehouse. It is the work of James Rennie of Carlisle (1828-1848).
This clock has ticked away for over 170 years. What an achievement!! And it’s still ticking away and telling the correct time. Imagine all the people who set their day’s and nights by this marvellous time piece. Its also a handsome piece of furniture for either a modern or stately home. This Clock has an 8 day movement. The hood has Swan Neck Pediment and free standing columns. A nice oak door and some inlaid mahogany on the case front. Run your cursor over the image to zoom in. Please enquire if interested.
